Overview
The dental unit adopts frequency conversion microelectronic technology, microcomputer chip programming and electronic voltage doubling rectifier circuit. High-voltage circuit is driven by tens of kilohertz high-frequency signals to excite the tube to produce hard X-rays. Therefore, the unit has low power, small high-voltage current and compactsize. It is easy to carry, install and operate and widely used for taking dental pictures in hospitals and clinics. Besides, the film developing device is user-friendly with high definition, and the load leakage radiation meets the requirements of international standards.
Working Principle
This dental unit uses frequency conversion, electronic voltage doubling rectification technology and high-voltage to excite microfocus x-ray tube to generate X-rays. The penetrating characteristic of the X-ray makes it go through human teeth to obtain images. It has been proved that penetrating ability of X-ray depends on the structure and properties of the substance itself . The substance with high atomic number , compact structure
and high density generally has poor X-ray penetration. X-rays penetrate human oral cavity teeth, bones, muscles and other tissues with different densities to produce different images on the film or digital image receiving device for clinical diagnosis.
