This is the user manual for the PLH‑US1 ultrasonic bone scalpel, a dental/oral surgical device.
Notice:
Install the water pipe first and start the device in cleaning mode. Ensure the blade is fully flushed with water before switching to any working mode.

Intended Use
- For dental and oral surgery only.
- Suitable for patients 18–70 years old.
- Must be operated by a specially trained implant dentist.
Safety Warnings & Cautions
- Avoid electromagnetic interference; keep away from magnetic wave sources.
- No unauthorized modification; discontinue use if malfunctioning (vibration, noise, overheating).
- Continuous operation ≤30 seconds to prevent motor overheating.
- Use grounded power; stop motor completely before changing burs.
- Do not bend irrigation tubing during pump operation.
- Do not disassemble or lubricate the motor.
- Control unit and foot control cannot be sterilized; clean with damp/ cloth after power off.
- Do not use near flammable anesthetic gases.
- Require effective coolant to prevent bone burning.
Contraindications
Not for patients with:
- Cancer, cardiovascular, blood, or immune system diseases.
- Anticoagulant therapy, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy.
- Poor bone quantity/quality.
- Cardiac pacemakers (doctors and patients).
Contents & Installation
- Includes foot control, irrigation tubes, main unit, motor handle, etc.
- Installation: connect foot pedal, install infusion bottle holder, mount saline bottle, connect power and motor cable, fit peristaltic pump tubing.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Control unit/foot control: wipe with damp cloth + cloth (power off).
- Motor handle: clean and disinfect with medical before/after use.
- Dispose of equipment and disposable tubes per local regulations.

- Operation: 0–40°C, 10–75%RH, 700–1060hPa.
- Storage: −10–50°C, 10–85%RH, 500–1060hPa; cool, dry, ventilated; away from toxic/corrosive/flammable materials.
- Transport: avoid shock, vibration, sun, rain, and mixing with dangerous goods.
Functions & Modes
- Preset modes: Bone, Endo, Perio, Rhino, Custom, Clean.
- Adjustable power (1–10) and water flow (0–100 mL/min); default power 5, default water 80 mL/min.
- Foot control: adjust water, switch modes, press to start/release to stop.
